[PATCH v2 10/10] ARM: dts: imx6q-ba16: Cleanup pinctrl and LDO

Incorporate feedback from Lucas Stash
- Move entries from pinctrl_hog to relevant groups
- Remove unused PCIe power-on-gpio entry
- Remove always-on from regulators that do not need to be always-on
