Yup, that's me. My cunning plan is to add PSCI support to u-boot, and 
do all the HYP stuff there.

If we have the magic incantations to power on the A31 secondaries, it 
should be fairly easy to integrate that into PSCI, assuming we have some 
SRAM available somewhere (otherwise, we'll have to reserve some memory 
in DRAM).
