I am not clear for this point. Do you mean above code need to be 
separated in those two case?
Or do you mean for DT parameters it need separated parameters, one for 
wire configuration, another for touchscreen disable/enable?

I think you are the former one. What about I change above code to following:

Actually In this case the idev->dev.parent is '&pdev->dev'.
