[v2 2/4] ARM: dma-mapping: Use kzalloc() with GFP_ATOMIC

Use kzalloc() with GFP_ATOMIC instead of vzalloc(). At freeing,
__in_atomic_pool() checks if it comes from atomic_pool or not.
