ANN: libnl 3.7.0 released

Dear libnl community,


A new release of libnl3 is available: 3.7.0.

Please get it from github:
   https://github.com/thom311/libnl/releases/tag/libnl3_7_0

This comes more than 3 months after 3.6 release, with 55 patches.

It brings mostly bugfixes and improvements to unit tests.
One bad crash from 3.6.0 is also fixed ([1]).
