libnl 3.2.27-rc1 released

Dear libnl community,

We are happy to announce the availability of libnl 3.2.27-rc1.

NOTE
  This is a release candidate.
  The final 3.2.27 release will occur later.


We kindly request everybody to test the tarball and report bugs to
the mailing list.
