[PATCH 0/2] make parsing in inet6_parse_protinfo() and inet_parse_af() more liberal

Noteworthy:

 - .minlen is now set to 4 bytes, i.e. to at least one entry.
 - rtnl_link_inet_get_conf() can now fail with error -NLE_INVAL
