working with ipv6 multipath routes

Hello.
I'm newbie with netlink, as i understand current linux does not fill
RTA_MULTIPATH for ipv6 multipath routes, can somebody explains me -
why?
Next question - as i see libnl can work with multipath routes in ipv6,
but if my use-case not allow me to use libnl?
What is the best practice for working with ipv6 multipath, for example
while scan kernel routing table?
