./configure and yacc / bison / flex

I'm not familiar with autotools, but ./configure does not check if
(bison/byacc) and if flex are installed.


Also, installing byacc does not work. really, bison is required, so some
check should be done at ./configure state.

If anyone is know how to do that, please do that  :) or tell me how - I
will done that.
