Need info about libnl for traffic control

Hi everyone,

I'm writing this because i would like to know if anyone have tutorials,links
or any other references about using libnl, specially for traffic control. I
tried http://www.infradead.org/~tgr/libnl/ but keep getting problem to get
all this to work out. I'll appreciate any help.
