netlink header remove inline from list.h and object.h

Hi,

recently I had to compile an ANSI-C compliant source against the libnl
headers. It failed in the first run. I had to patch the use of the
keyword inline out of the headers /usr/include/netlink/list.h and
/usr/include/netlink/object.h. To compile ANSI-C compliant I used the
compiler option '-ansi'. Patch attached.
