[PATCH] Fix building on systems that dont have libnl installed

Working on cross-lfs i was trying to build libnl for a foreign 
architecture, which failed because we didn't link directly to some 
libraries. This patch adds a explicit dependency to all netlink 
libraries to the binaries.
