Announcing Libical 3.0.3
This is the third bugfix release for Libical 3.0.0 and is fully source and binary compatible with libical 3.0.x

Highlights of this Release:
 * VTODO COMPLETED property can be a DATE-TIME or DATE (for backward compatibility)
 * Improved recurrence iteration
