[Freeassociation-devel] Testing Libical on Windows for the next release

Hi
So you need someone to try to build KDE on windows on other machines. If it
is strait forward (with some easily well described steps) I could test it.
Be in mind that I have not compiled anything more advance than "hallo word".
The description should include anything (compiler, git, etc)
