[Freeassociation-devel] Memory leak patches 2 of many

The second of the series:

In the same line as the first one, in icalderivedproperty the memory is 
allocated and then the pointer check done. Inverting the order fixes lots of 
posible memory leaks.

This one is bigger as the memory is allocated in every posible property. All 
of them with the same issue.
