[Freeassociation-devel] libical 0.44 build failure on VC++

Hi All,

Thanks for responding and fixing couple of issues.

I have attached the diff file to fix the 4013 warnings on Windows, can 
somebody review
and if suitable checkin the code.

I am still seeing the following error,

: error C2065: 'PACKAGE_DATA_DIR' : undeclared identifier

what is the best way to fix it, 
- add the definition in the vc project file or during the custom build process ?
