Nice.
Now the timezones test says:
Africa/Casablanca: day 272: first failed: libc 2009-06-07 11:00:00 != libical 2009-06-07 12:00:00
 *** Summary: 400 zones tested, 93 days failed, 145907 okay => 0% failed ***

Which is much, much better.
