[Freeassociation-devel] Makefile.am issues in libical

The reason it is like it is was, that it doesn't use g++ as linker, If you
don't enable the C++ part.Else s.b. using libicals C version has to have g++
installed for love.  

If you manage to do this with your patches, they're welcome.
