 Yes, there are humans on this list, even though the crappy SourceForge 
list server does its best to keep us from collaborating with each other.   
I'm seriously considering moving the project off of SF.  
   
 Anyway, yes, we'd be happy to accept a set of PHP bindings for libical if 
you're developing them.  As long as you are willing to keep them updated 
with the API exposed by the latest source code tree, and the license is 
the same as the license for the base library, we'll gladly add it in.
