[Freeassociation-devel] Change the include file installation path

Howdy,

I would like to commit the following mini-patch so that the headers
are installed in $(prefix)/include/libical and $(prefix)/include/libicalss.

Reasons:
1) being a good citizen
2) currently lots of files in libicalss already include <libical/icalfoo>
so they don't even compile

Please let me know.
