 Ok, I've done some more testing, and config.h really doesn't seem to be 
required in the installed version of ical.h.  So I've removed it.  All 
downstream application developers please test your builds and let's see 
what happens.  
   
 PLEASE NOTE: if you have a /usr/include/ical.h leftover from an old 
build, please DELETE IT!  The correct path is now 
/usr/include/libical/ical.h
