Seems like nobody fed the SDIO changes back up to the kernel, though
apparently they're all available here:

Not sure if Javier is still paying attention to this stuff or able to
ack patches, but if anyone wanted to contributed them that would
probably be appreciated.  Daniel Drake could probably ack/nack them.

I'm sure if there's anything you need done or fixed, and want to hire a
consultant, that Javier from CozyBit would be probably be happy to help.
