rmmod libertas_sdio and reinsert causes problems with firmwareupload.

Sadly that seems to have no effect whatsoever. I stuck a 1 second sleep
in between them to give the card time to reset etc.  Just to confirm it
doesn't do anything I also tested it just after a successful firmware
load and the card continues to work just fine.
