Yeah, me too.  But it doesn't look like the tool will update the runtime
firmware from the runtime firmware, it'll only update the runtime
firmware from the boot2 firmware.

If they are indeed pulling the update capability out of future boot2
versions, then we'll need to update the tool to handle this.
