[PATCH] libertas: remove arbitrary typedefs

[PATCH]: libertas: remove private typedef

New typedefs are usually frowned upon. This patch changes
libertas_adapter -> struct libertas_adapter
libertas_priv -> struct libertas_priv

While passing, make everything checkpatch.pl-clean that gets touches.
