CF card status report

Hi all !

My CF card driver now:

* loads
* detects the hardware
* downloads the firmware
* initializes the card
  * gets MAC
  * find firmware revision number
  * get list of channels

With the last path (that protects access to priv->mesh_dev), my 
driver even supports:

* ifconfig eth1 up
* iwlist eth1 scan

However, associating to an Access-Point doesn't yet work. I guess 
this is because sending & receiving data packets isn't working 
correctly yet.

Anyway, I'm quite pleased with the current state.
