[LEDE-DEV] [PATCH 0/6] ath25: update kernel from 4.4 to 4.9

Hello,

This series adds support for 4.9 kernel and then switches the default
kernel version to it. Almost copy'n'refresh. The only exception is the
reworked PHY handling inside the Ethernet controller driver caused by
upstream changes.

This series depends on earlier submitted fixes for kernel config and
for the switches auto-negotiation issues.

The whole series is successfully run-tested with the following boards:
 * Abicom FreedomCPE (AR5312)
 * D-Link DWL-2100AP (AR2312)
 * Fonera 2.0g aka FON2202 (AR2315 based)
 * D-Link DIR-300 (AR2317 based)
