Hi,

this patch series is result of my work on ugps while I was adding support for
my Quectel EC20 miniPCIe device.

  Switch to ulog for logging and add few commandline params
  Bail out if we can't find GPS device
  Use strsep for NMEA message tokenization
  Fix typo in error message
  Show more useful error message if we can't open GPS device
