[FS#570] mqmaker witi hang on reboot

Details - the problem is on mqmaker witi board 512 mb ram 
if hit the command reboot , it hangs and never reboot
i found the problem a couple of week ago when i installed a lede snapshot version r3526-bececcc (new board , with original openwrt from mqmaker)
but it is the same with 17.01.0-rc2
image created with image builder , with this additional software in the img

luci openvpn-openssl tcpdump mc nano openssh-sftp-server etherwake python3 luci-i18n-wol-it


when i hit the reboot command it hangs and never reboot, i must power off and on physically , and the same issue if i hit the reset button on the board,
