Well, at least it is strange that the patch which should fix the issues cause this regression.

Could you try to get to get /lib/firmware/ath10k/cal-pci* files from the guy in the forum and replace yours with the ones from the forum guy.

If that works for your, please attach your /lib/firmware/ath10k/cal-pci* and the ones from the forum guy to this bug report.
