[FS#467] Bug tracker needs "17.01" for "Reported Version" field

Details - LEDE bug tracker is missing knowledge about the 17.01 release version, currently on rc1 phase. The "Reported Version" field has only values "Trunk" and "All".

Somebody complained on the forum that the bug tracker only knows about trunk.

I think that it makes no sense to specify rc1, rc2 etc., but there should be the plain "17.01" version available for "Reported Version".
