Is there a specific reason for this patchset being marked RFC?

There are quite a few parallel things going on with the NAN
implementation and these patches need quite a bit of merging to address
the conflicts from some of the other changes that made their way in
already. Before looking at much more detail, I want to check the intent
here and whether you happen to have any newer snapshot of this set.
