[PATCH 0/5] EHT membership + UHR support

Folks requested I repost this, so this time I decided to include the EHT
membership selector implementation from ages ago again, and a leaks fix
that's required. Syncing nl80211.h is also required, and the UHR support
is built on top of all of that.

I thought about splitting that up a bit, but didn't see a really good line
to draw, perhaps hostapd/wpa_s/nl80211, but there are dependencies with it
all. But I can do that if desired, or feel free to commit it differently.
