What would be the benefit from doing so? The last time I tried this, it
ended up in requiring more work for me and adding confusion about the
contribution process (e.g., pull requests in github that I'm not going
to be accepting or even wanting to review there instead of contributions
on the mailing list). As such, there should be really good justification
and upsides for that since it has mostly downsides for me based on past
experience..
