[PATCH 00/12] Various hwsim fixes

This patch series are a bunch of fixes, cleanups and improvements
from our internal tree.
We encountered some of the issues when running hwsim in a different 
environment with different wrappers, tools etc.
However, I believe that the changes here make overall sense and make
the hwsim framework more robust.
