It was mainly due to the kernel being so old that mac80211 did not have
all the needed functionality.

I did get this one as well now that updated the kernel. I want the test
cases to work with the latest Ubuntu LTS version, so I'm not going to
force an update to that tshark version. For now, I commented out the
failure case and just report it in the log.

I applied patch 39 and 40 since both of them are now working with the
somewhat newer snapshot of the kernel.
