802.11n 5ghz only 150mbps link instead of 300mbps

Hello all

With 802.11n 5 ghz with 40 mhz channel the client connect at only 150
mbps, while the wifi interface reports 300mbps.

Is my hostapd config wrong ? Can I enable second spatial stream to have
150 mbps x2 ?
