How to implement 802.1x Session-Timeout

Hello,
    I want to know and implement a WIFI accessing time-out funtion
with 802.1x support.
    I mean, while one user connected AP after authentication, the AP
can disconnect the user after a time-out.
    I did some google, and found that RFC3580 had some spec about this as below:

    Do you have any information or idea regarding this?
