eduroam disconnects with reason=3 (WPA-EAP, PEAP, MSCHAPv2)

Hi, Jouni!

I'd like to involve myself into resolving this issue.
My intial plan is:
1) Read specification of WPA-Enterprise protocol,
2) Read implementation of it in wpa_supplicant,
3) Compare logs from working machine and not working,
4) Investigate which certificates are used during authentication
(because wpa_supplicant v2.0 on my laptop said that it can't verify
authority of some domain, while v2.5 just doesn't authenticate)
5) Try to connect by hands on Ubuntu (i'd try it via VirtualBox)

Could you be so kind to guide me through?
