Non-DFS channel

I think there are 2 ways by which regulatory gets updated- one is via user
action(ie iw) or other one being update via scan where country IE is found
in scan response.
Driver actually should be updating regulatory as well,  if I am correct,
during load time.
Can you please send email to linux-wireless and describe your problem?
