Non-DFS channel

The following channels shows no IR, as  a part of phy0 info in iw tool.


 * 5180 MHz [36] (30.0 dBm) (no IR)
  * 5200 MHz [40] (30.0 dBm) (no IR)
  * 5220 MHz [44] (30.0 dBm) (no IR)
  * 5240 MHz [48] (30.0 dBm) (no IR)
 
Is it possible to remove no IR without scanning ?
