eapol_test and Microsoft NPS Radius PEAP MSCHAPV2

There is not much that can be said about this apart from the RADIUS
server not accepting the request. In other words, eapol_test cannot
really tell anything more that print out the Access-Reject/EAP-Failure.
All the details for the reason behind such rejection would need to be
extracted from the server.
