crash in wpa_supplicant

To this point it looks to me that, at least in the version that I'm dealing
with, after an interface has been de-initialised, there may still be some
_scan, _sched_scan and _delayed_sched_scan timeouts left registered on the
event loop. Removing all of them in wpa_supplicant_deinit_iface(), right
before os_free(wpa_s) seems to get the job done.

Could this approach affect the application in a way that you are aware of?
Or is there maybe a better way to avoid these crashes?

Thanks,
Alexandru
