Automatic tx power settings

Hi,

I am building a WLAN in one device. In a room 2 or more device can be 
present. I should be able to access internet in the room through any 
Access point developed. I want to manage the power of APs for reducing 
the interference.

I am able to change the Tx power using iwconfig manually.

But I don't know any option so that APs will automatically sets the 
txpower. Is it possible to do that?
