802.11u issue

Thanks for the Update and suggestions. I have tested this on the following
drivers:

# Our Wireless Card + Driver:
1) Belkin, N1 Wireless Notebook Card - Driver(ath9k)
2) D-Link, DWA-160 - Driver(carl9170)
3) TP-Link, TL-WN822N - (carl9170)
4) D-Link, DWP-AG660 - Driver(ath5k)

# Group Driver
All atheros (ath5k, ath9k, carl9170)

# compat-wireless
v3.5.1.1 (latest stable version)
2012-09-03 (development version)

# Ubuntu
kernel 2.6.38-8-generic-pae


May I know what driver has the 802.11u module already been tested with. I
would setup my testbed with that driver. Will also post the query on
linux-wireless mailing list for help.
