mapping "iw list" to ht_capab (to get past the 130 Mbps cap)

Hello,

I have installed a TP-LINK TL-WN821ND card on my Debian squeeze
(3.2.0-3-686-pae) and it has been recognized out of the box. I use it
in an AP mode with hostapd. The driver used is ath9k.
It basically works except that the negotiated speed is always 130 Mbps
(across several laptops). The /etc/hostapd/hostapd.conf file I use is:

interface=wlan3
driver=nl80211
ssid=MYSSID
channel=7
hw_mode=g
wme_enabled=1
ieee80211n=1
ht_capab=[HT40+][SHORT-GI-40][DSSS_CCK-40]

# WPA2
macaddr_acl=0
auth_algs=1
ignore_broadcast_ssid=0
wpa=2
wpa_passphrase=MYPASSPHRASE
wpa_key_mgmt=WPA-PSK
wpa_pairwise=TKIP
rsn_pairwise=CCMP

The ht_capab entry is copied from some foras but I have no ide how to
match it with the output of "iw list". I could not find any
documentation on a mapping so I guess this is higher level knowledge
:)

I would appreciate very much any help translating the output below
into a suitable ht_caoab entry -- I have hope that this may help to
break the 130 Mbps barrier (there are discussions on that subject but
they are quite cryptic for me and revolve mostly around MS Windows)
