I'm not sure how this alone will help. A couple lines below
HT_CAP_INFO_SUPP_CHANNEL_WIDTH_SET is stripped from the capabilities
(currently isn't in the white-list).
If that one is added to the whitelist its worth also adding other HT40
related caps (like HT_CAP_INFO_DSSS_CCK40MHZ).
