driver_test.c for windows

Im trying to compile driver_test.c  on windows using VS and it seems
that this file uses linux specific code (iovec, msghdr, sendmsg)

Is there a version that can be used for windows? Else is there any
missing compiler flags in the file?

What should I do to make it compile on windows?
