Does wpa_supplicant support static WEP + IEEE802.1x authentication?

If I remember correctly, I added support for that at some point..
Though, I haven't really tested this in years (welcome to 21st
century... WEP should not really be used anymore and combining that with
EAP-MD5 really demonstrates total lack of security ;-).

The configuration for this would be combination of station WEP
configuration (i.e., wep_key# parameters) and EAP-MD5 with IEEE 802.1X.
In addition to that, eapol_flags will probably need to be set to 0.
Please let me know whether this works if you happen to test it.
