Enterprise implementation for RTOS

For adding EAP support to my embedded device (wifi client), which runs a RTOS, I am going through the enterprise implementation in hostapd.
By inspecting the code it looks like eap_peer and eap_common modules are all that would need to be ported. Is that correct ?
Since the wifi chipset on my device has support for WPA/WPA2, do I still require the tls and crypto modules from hostapd ?
Are there any other modules that I need apart from the ones mentioned above ?
